All products sold by Holy Masterpieces® are made to order and professionally produced specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@holymasterpieces.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

To help us process any issues quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of any damage or defects where applicable

Replacement or refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
